13 Nov Airbnb Phone Numbers | How to Contact Airbnb In 3 Different Ways
Luckily, I have never utilized their customer service more than once. I understand that I am one of the luckier ones, but just in case when things go wrong. There are 3 ways to access Airbnb Customer Service. I will list them below.
#1 – Airbnb’s Website
This is the link that will take you to their customer service page. If things are urgent, you should click on “Call us.” The usual wait time is less than 5 minutes and if I remember correctly, I was immediately transferred to a representative when I called.
What is nice about this method is that once you click on “Call us” then it’ll automatically take you to all of your available listings. This is nice when you have multiple listing! I currently have 3 listings, so I can quickly narrow down into the troubled unit. Check out the screenshot below.
In the case of an emergency: call 911 first and then call Airbnb to let them know what is happening.
#2 – Mobile Application
I am constantly on the go, so at times, having access to a laptop is out of the question. This is why I have Airbnb’s mobile application installed on my smartphone. I love the fact that their mobile app is so easy to use and having access to their customer service is only a few clicks away.
Here are the steps:
- Open up Airbnb
- Click on Profile and scroll down to “Get help”
- Airbnb will automatically locate all of your current reservations
- Pick the reservation that is in awry
When you use Airbnb’s mobile application to access their customer service, make sure you are in an area where you get solid cellphone service. The worst is when you’re on a call explaining what is happening and then you get dropped…

I’d bookmark this piece of critical information or print it out and stick it on your fridge just in case something happens. Again, 99% of the time everything will go smoothly, but bad things do happen. This is how you can be prepared for that when it happens!
